Paul has been an Elite Athlete in Swimming, Diving and Lacrosse. Attaining the honor of All-American in all three sports. He then went on to a successful coaching career at the prestigious Univ. of North Carolina in the States. There he received coach of the year honors and a Masters degree in Education.

Later in life he owned the well known Bunnery Restaurant in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, before changing career paths and focusing on healing.

The healing path started at Esalen in Big Sur, Ca. were Paul certified in Swedish, Tragger, Shen and Kinesiological  Bodywork.

The Lomi School with Richard Heckler and Robert Hall refined these techniques and Peter Levine’s Trauma Release work started to emerge as the method he would concentrate on for life.

Moving to Maui and operating his own healing center created experiences with world renown healers such as: John Gray (Men are from Mars…), Margo Anand (Tantra author), Anthony Robbins (NLP and Motivational Teacher) and Sondra Ray (The mother of Re-birthing).

In Maui he also spent hours swimming with the Dolphins and Humpback Whales while he operated a kayak business called Adventures in Paradise. He also excelled at Hawaiian canoe racing winning the Maui Championship with his six man team.
